Pier 66 is an 11 acre mixed use project on the Seattle waterfront that replaced historic Piers 64, 65 and 66 in the mid-1990's.  The facilities include a Conference Center, the Odyssey Maritime Discover center, several restaurants, a Cruise ship terminal and marine services.  In addition the project included a pedestrian elevator and overpass at Bell Street and the terminal end of Lenora Street.   Mr. Herrera was involved in this project from concept through construction administration while he was at Hewitt Isley.
