Thomas Herrera, AIA LEED AP
Herrera Architects provides design services for custom homes, micro-breweries, restaurants, and residential remodels and additions in the Pacific Northwest. In addition we provide consulting design and construction administration services for residential high rise projects. Thomas Herrera, Principal, is a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial design. Tom is a licensed Architect in the state of Utah and in the state of Washington. He is also a member of the AIA and is LEED accredited.
Prior to forming Herrera Architects, Tom worked as an Associate Principal at Callison Architecture, one of the largest architectural firms in the country. Tom has worked on several of the residential towers in the downtown Seattle core and has designed over 2000 units of multi-family housing ranging from ski lodges to downtown urban residences. In addition he has designed 500+ single family residences.
