Ariel Rios Federal Building

Ariel Rios Federal Building was an renovation to provide 840,000 net square feet of open office landscape for the General Services Administration in Washington, DC.  The work included upgrades to the electrical and mechanical systems of the general office areas but also the restorations of the historic offices on the third floor.  Mr. Herrera was involved in this project while he was at Notter Finegold + Alexander.
