1717 H Street was an $28 million dollar office remodel in downtown Washington, DC.  The work involved upgrading the mechanical systems, the elevatoring, new lobby and storefronts as well as a new exterior facade.   Mr. Herrera was involved in this project while he was at Keyes Condon Florance.
